Consec can project manage your event and listed below is an overview of the services we can provide.

Administration

Manage your entire event, from communication needs to secretariat services.

Audio Visual

Manage all event audio visual requirements including recording of sessions.

Consultation

Meet and discuss all requirements relating to your conference, exhibition, event, workshop or seminar.

Environmentally Aware

We work with our clients to assist them in producing and delivering events with a minimal impact on the environment.

Evaluation

In keeping with our environmental policy, we can create a tailored online evaluation, to be emailed to delegates following your event. Responses to questions can be compiled into a pie chart or graph style report.

Exhibition/Sponsorship

Prepare written exhibition/sponsorship proposals, negotiate sponsorship, liaise with sponsors and exhibitors and manage your exhibition from start to finish.

Finance

Prepare and monitor the event budget. We will set up a bank account and credit card facility, bank all event monies, provide you with regular financial updates. gst reporting and a final income and expenditure statement with all financial transactions having a clear audit trail.

Insurance

Arrange your event insurance.

Marketing

Assist you to define event aims and objectives and identify key target markets. Advise on a media strategy or identify, engage and brief a media consultant; coordinate placement of event notices and advertisements in relevant publications and manage distribution of promotional material to target markets.

Online Services

Consec uses EventsInteractive(an event management software package). EventsInteractive can be linked to a webpage to provide online registrations. EventsInteractive includes modules on finance, travel/accommodation, registrations, speaker/abstract management and social event management.

Partner's Program

Develop a range of social activities for partners and manage their registrations and bookings.

POST-CONFERENCE TOURS

Organise,promote and manage pre and post-event tours for delegates.

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRINTING

Advise on and manage graphic design and printing of all event print material including advertising. We can collect and prepare abstracts for printing in the event handbook or arrange for papers to be put on the event website and/or arrange for production in hard copy, CD or a USB.

REGISTRATION

Manage all your registration needs including preparation of name badges/lanyards, sourcing/printing/packing of satchels and managing the registration desk. We can develop and maintain a web site for all event information and on line registration.

REPORTING

Provide you with detailed reports of all aspects of your event. We can also provide an online survey for completion following the event followed by an analysis of the survey and a general report and assessment of the marketing and promotion component to help you plan future events.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Advise on and manage the social program, including the event dinner, welcome reception, partners program, seating and entertainment. We can arrange the booking and payment of any entertainment required for your event.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Arrange a photographer, interpreters, office equipment, gifts for speakers and committee members and any other special needs as required.

TECHNICAL PROGRAM

Assist with the development of a detailed program and manage the abstracts and full papers component of your event. We send formal invitations to keynote/invited speakers and continually liaise with them.

TECHNICAL TOURS

Arrange and manage appropriate technical tours to run at the same time as the event.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

Negotiate best rates, select and block book rooms, manage the block, liaise with hotels and organise ground transport. We keep you, your delegates, speakers, hotel and transport people well informed.

VENUE AND CATERING

Research and assist you in selecting a suitable venue, negotiate rates and conditions and continue to liaise with venue staff for audio visual requirements, room setup, signage and all food and beverage needs.

WEBSITES

Develop, maintain and host event website.
